This role is central to ensuring thesafety, wellbeing, and development of young people, while maintaininga safe, compliant, and well-managed environment. It requires vigilance,professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to provide remote out-of-hourssupport, all underpinned by Social Care guidance and organisational standards.
You will be playing a vital role, key workingour residents to develop life skills, make safe choices, manage their mentalwellbeing and build up a community network.
You could be supporting our residents to managecomplex issues, such as family breakdown, substance misuse, navigating theasylum process, amongst many others.
This is in addition to helping them with moreday-to-day challenges such as budgeting, accessing education and employment,preparing for adulthood, and maintaining a tenancy.
