Below you will find funding that is available for VCSE organisations in Barnsley. Before applying, always make sure you meet the criteria for the fund. It’s also a good idea to subscribe to our emails as we will send out the latest opportunities we have been made aware of that may not be listed below.
The purpose of the What's Your Move fund is to support local initiatives and ideas to create sustainable and innovative ways to improve physical activity opportunities in Barnsley.
Grant Size – Up to £5,000
Duration – The funded initiative can run for a period of two years and must be able to prove sustainability beyond the funded cycle.

Funds Open – Open
Deadline – No deadline. Applications will be reviewed as they are made and work on a 6 - 8 week cycle. Funding is limited and so is not guaranteed.
Project Start – Ongoing
The purpose of the Food Innovation and Poverty Action Fund is to support initiatives designed to reduce the impact of poverty and to reduce food insecurity for Barnsley residents.
Grant Size – Up to £10,000
Duration – The funded initiative must be running within 6 months of grant funding being awarded
