To ensure the smoothrunning of day-to-day activity, particularly programme/building management,employing efficient systems and processes.

The Company Manager willbe line-managed by our Arts Development Director, whom will take a widerstrategic role within the organisation.

The Company Manager’sduties will mostly be operational and administrative: upgrading, creating andmanaging systems and procedures that underpin all of our work.

We anticipate someshared responsibilities with the Arts Development Director, and so acollaborative approach and close working will be essential to ensure that theorganisation can effectively meet the needs of the CR community, sustain andgrow.

Coming on board during atime of growth, the Company Manager role offers a unique opportunity for adriven, resourceful and collaborative arts administrator to have a real impacton the organisation and our work.
