Be Part of the Experience - Catwalking at Cannon Hall

Summer 2020, Cannon Hall will be the home of Catwalking, a major exhibition of photography and fashion, this will be a must see for all age groups.

Cannon Hall is an 18th century stately home with an impressive collection of ceramics, tells the story of the Spencer-Stanhope family, has regular changing exhibitions of national and regional artists and is currently restoring the 18th century country park.

We need volunteers to support the Cannon Hall team in warding this exhibition. Our Visitor Experience volunteers provide a friendly welcome to all our visitors, assist visitors with orientation of our sites, engage with visitors in the exhibition areas and give appropriate responses to any questions, ward galleries and exhibitions and assist with general duties associated with preparing the areas for visitors.

Days required: Mon AM, Mon PM, Tues AM, Tues PM, Weds AM, Weds PM, Thur AM, Thur PM, Fri AM, Fri PM, Sat AM, Sat PM, Sun AM, Sun PM

How many volunteers are needed:

1 - 2 per day

Recruitment process:

Volunteers would be invited to come to Cannon Hall to meet a member of the team and talk through the induction and paperwork.

We aim to respond within a few days of enquiry.

Skills and quaifications:

This role would suit people who are enthusiastic, happy to work
with the public, can work in teams and have an interest in heritage
(photography and fashion would also be a bonus).
