Family Engagement and Partnership Volunteer

Our Family Engagement and Partnership Volunteers will support the delivery of the Forest Families project. This project is being led by Northern College and forms part of our commitment to community wellbeing. You will support local families who may not have visited the site before in volunteering with us. You will use your enthusiasm for volunteering and for the outdoors to help families to learn new skills and to consider volunteering in the future.

Recruitment process:

If you are interested in this role, you will be invited to meet with the Volunteer Coordinator for an informal chat. If they think the role is right for you, you will be asked to come in for an induction. The actual project starts at the end of February.

Skills and quaifications:

Previous experience of working with young people would be an advantage.
Friendly, enthusiastic, love of the outdoors.
