Recruitment process:

Once you contact us we will get in touch either by email or telephone (depending on the contact details you have left us). You will be invited to come to DIAL to meet the Volunteer Support Officer for an informal chat/ interview to see if this is the role that can offer you what you want from your volunteering. You will have the opportunity to have a look at the training you’ll need to undertake, ask about the organization, what we provide for our volunteers or any other questions you may have. You will be given a short application form to complete after this meeting if you would like to apply. We require 2 references to support your application and training will begin within a timescale that you are happy with.
