You could help us to make a real difference to very poorly children in our area. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work as part of a team to help us raise the funds we need to support our families. As a community volunteer you can give as little or as much time as you wish. Opportunities for Community Volunteers include;
• Attending local events, fundraising activities and cheque presentations on behalf of Bluebell Wood
• Support with events in the community e.g. event marshaling, bucket collections
• Support at Bluebell Wood events e.g. Colour Dash, Soapbox Derby, Birthday Bash
• A chance to input into creative fundraising ideas
• Motivating and inspiring members of the community to become new supporters
You will receive an updated list of events every few weeks to keep you up to date once you are listed. Just choose the events that you are interested in and if there are none, just wait to see what comes up next month.

Recruitment process: Interested parties will be sent an email with an application form and the Community Events Volunteer Handbook. Once the application form is completed and returned the individual is accepted as a volunteer. This process can be completed in a day. Any training that is required will be given on the day of the event. Locations will vary across the Barnsley area so accessibility will depend on the specific location of the event. .
