Are you passionate about volunteering and can get people talking? If so, we are looking for friendly and chatty people to help with our weekly volunteering information and advice sessions at the Library @ The Lightbox. The role will involve talking to people face to face to find out their interests, their reasons for wanting to volunteer and using our opportunity databases, matching them up with suitable volunteering roles.
Days required: Weds AM, Weds PM, Fri AM, Fri PM

Role may suit someone who has experience of giving advice and guidance, however we welcome all interested parties to apply.
It is essential you have the ability and confidence to use computer databases to give the appropriate information to customers. You will need to be able to work independently. You will need to be able to use your initiative on occasions. Confidentiality will need to be maintained
